Lipoma

I have a lipoma on my back. Does it need to be removed?

Well, if you have no symptoms and it does not bother you, leave it alone. Sometimes lipomas do get infected and need to be surgically removed. My best advice is to observe it and ensure that it des not get bigger. There is no harm from leaving a lipoma alone.
